Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a 2000 volkswagen beetle that smells like gas inside.. nothing appears to be leaking… nothing is overheating… but when i turn the heater on it smells more like gas… my car is not running weird, and the scent isn't extremely strong.. does anyone know what this is or is this something that could become urgent? if it is not too spendy i'd like to get it worked on… or if it is really dangerous for me to drive then i would like to get it worked on.. but other than that I can't see spending a lot of money. i was wondering if anyone might know what this could be?

I'm getting my first car soon and I found a yellow Volkswagen beetle in really nice condition for a good price but my dad thinks its a bad idea because I would have to take care of the top from this crazy bipolar Memphis weather, is there a lot of work to take care of it or what?is this even a good idea?

My brother and I want a car and we are willing to pay for EVERYTHING. My parents would only have to chip in about $300 and we desperately want a car (they will pay for insurance). We thought it was a good deal. They said that they wouldn't let us do it unless we bought a car of their choice…which was fine with us.

They chose a Volkswagen Beetle.

Not the new kind, the old kind with circle headlights and circle tail lights. I, personally, don't mind it. However, seeing as I am a theater kid and I'm trying to get rid of those gay rumors, I really don't think it is in my best interest…my brother of course said no off the bad. Do you guys think it's a girl car? I mean what's your first impression if this happened:
