My parents have their policy from travelers and i tried getting quote online. What it showed for 2002 NISSAN MAXIMA that i have to pay 600 for month and for liability insurance 450 I think thats wrong information because my friend is 16 and pay 186 for 2 full coverage insurance and one liability. Any one had experience or know some information about 17 year old insurance rates please help me. THANK YOU.

The front tires on my car are wearing out very quick and unevenly.
They are wearing out on the outer edges.
I had a wheel alignment done by a shop about 4 months ago (not sure if they did it correct)
I switched the front tires today, but before I switched the tires, the car took like an automatic left turns as it did not seem aligned, but now the car drives straight after changing the tires today.
It is a 2000 Nissan Sentra if it helps.
Also, these are the 3rd set of tires that I needed to get for my front tires in the past few months.

my boyfriend said he will change the oil and filter on my car if I buy the oil and filter for him. I wanted to buy some mid priced oil but he said it would be a wast of money because the cheap stuff on special will be good enough for my car which is a 2000 1.3 Mazda Demio with 86ks on the clock is he right about the cheap oil or should I buy the more expensive stuff with a nicer looking bottle ?

I have a 2001 Lexus IS300 that I noticed a low on power, has to step on it quite deep in order to go faster. And mileage is low, like 13 miles per gallon average. The IS300 isnt a gas efficient car but 13 is crazy. My previous IS (yes, my previous car was an IS also but switches because current one has better body) can go about 19 to 21, and it has quite the power. So does anyone know some possible reason why a car would have no power but consumes a lot of gas ? Thanks in advance.

I am in leeds and thinking of buying a car but when i am searching all comparison websites its coming about 1000 pounds a month. I have 3-4 yrs expierience in driving in USA and i was paying there like 30 pounds per month.

I talked with insurance company and they are saying that because i just came to UK as well as have international licence its coming that high

my car comes in group 17 of insurance. Any other solutions for these?
if people are new here i dont think they are paying these much every month

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a 2000 volkswagen beetle that smells like gas inside.. nothing appears to be leaking… nothing is overheating… but when i turn the heater on it smells more like gas… my car is not running weird, and the scent isn't extremely strong.. does anyone know what this is or is this something that could become urgent? if it is not too spendy i'd like to get it worked on… or if it is really dangerous for me to drive then i would like to get it worked on.. but other than that I can't see spending a lot of money. i was wondering if anyone might know what this could be?

I had a look over both the car's and i just love both of them both have different specialities in them. But i m confused because city give me airbags but vento has no airbags,but vento has good locking system and city won't give. Moreover vento has good quality it is stronger then city but city has more style then vento. And if there is any one who is using any one of these cars then please tell me. as i m really confused. Please help it's a really horrifying situation.

my mother said i can borrow her old car for a mini-roadtrip and told me that in case something happens to the car (something hard to fix) i can just "junk it" because it sold and shes planning on buying a new car anyways……..my question is:

despite me not being the original owner, can i junk my mothers old car in another state(me having all the info and papers/tittle)?????????

I bought a new card in December (2011) and want to re-finance it through another lender. I'm just wondering…from a lender's standpoint, when is a car no longer considered "new"? I ask because there are different interest rates for new cars vs used cars.
