I need a new car… I was on my way to the gym when, still in my driveway, when my dodge neon crapped out on me. I need a car that is good for families, since I have a two month old daughter. It also has to be good in the snow since I live in Syracuse New york. Any suggestions… I was thinking a 2011 Ford Explorer, Mazda 3i sport, or a jeep grand Cherokee but Im open to anything… Thank you!

2002 Ford Mustang, V6, Base, 3.8L, 150,000miles

Everything I try on this car doesn't work. I've cleaned MAF, throttle body, IAC, EGR, replaced hoses, checked for leaks, replaced alternator, no check engine light, took to an exhaust place said cats were fine, ignition coil readings fine, fuel gauge working fine, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, just done so much to this car. (Yes the check engine light works, was on due to a bad EGR pipe and missing PDFE sensor. I fixed that, light gone.) I have changed spark plugs, wires, and done regular maintenance on it (oil, FUEL FILTER, air filter, etc.).

It jerks and hesitates, stumbles and loses rpm when it's sitting idle in my yard, stopped at a red light, and occasionally when I'm driving it. I had a feeling it was my alternator, so I disconnected the power cord to it. It worked perfectly. I ordered a new one, put it on there, and it's still doing the same thing. Pulley system and serpentine belt have been changed (idler pulley, pulley tensioner).

NO ONE CAN FIGURE THIS OUT! It still jerks, idle changes in sound as it stumbles. Guys at Advanced Auto Parts said the alternator was making a loud whining noise, but it's brand new. It tested fine.

Why is it still jerking/hesitating? RPM dip down, raise right back up. Engine is very strong. Ran seafoam through it, good fuel, fuel injector cleaners… I don't see anything wrong with the electrical wiring coming from the alternator.

Please, just help me. I don't know what else to do. I feel defeated. Heck, I'll even PayPal someone some cash if they find out what the problem is for me. I just can't figure it out!!

I'm getting my first car soon and I found a yellow Volkswagen beetle in really nice condition for a good price but my dad thinks its a bad idea because I would have to take care of the top from this crazy bipolar Memphis weather, is there a lot of work to take care of it or what?is this even a good idea?

than i put a new one and the problem continued. The fan is working so what could the problem be?

I love them both. A coupe 67 has less horse power than a 69 boss though… But I love the Mustang logo on the '67…

My parents gave me 2001 Acura mdx. I'm 17 and I can't afford to use a car with shitty gas. I go to school and all my money I work for just ends up on gas. I'm tried selling it but people offer way to low and my dad don't accept it. I don't even like suv's. I heard Acura mdx 2001-2 has really bad transmission problem. If I could break it in way thats not noticeable, they would buy me a new car. The one I want. Any tips?

I'm 16, and i have my license and i have 5,000$ as my budget for my first car I was using my families 2004 chevy cavalier to practice in and i got my license driving it but i need something a little bit more bigger. I found a 1999 toyota camry LE on craigslist for 4600$ it only has 119,000 miles! which is good right?

What is the estimated MPG for a 1999 camry? Is there another car that would be better? Any suggestions? Is a honda accord (1999-2002) a similar car to the camry?

i like 2011 diesel model….older swift was good and in this new model some little problems present in previous model are also omitted like backseat space….swift diesel 2011 is good
